VERIFICATION PRINCIPLES & STANDARDS
Every official WBRE title is evaluated against seven foundational pillars of objective verification, empirical rigor, and institutional integrity.
MEASURABLE
The result must be quantifiable using a clearly defined metric, international standard unit, or exact verifiable count.
REPEATABLE
Another eligible challenger should be able to attempt the record under equivalent rules, conditions, and standards.
VERIFIABLE
The achievement must be supported by sufficient documentary, photographic, multi-angle video, and technical evidence.
OBJECTIVE
Clear empirical benchmarks must apply. Subjective titles such as 'best', 'most beautiful', or 'most creative' are ineligible.
SAFE
Record attempts must comply strictly with international safety protocols and avoid reckless endangerment of human life.
LEGAL
All attempts must strictly comply with local, national, and international laws, permits, and regulatory requirements.
ETHICAL
WBRE explicitly rejects record concepts involving unnecessary animal harm, human exploitation, or ethical degradation.
Ineligible & Disallowed Proposals
WBRE strictly disallows any record attempts involving animal cruelty, underage risk endangerment, illegal public disruption, destruction of natural monuments, food wastage, or subjective artistic value judgments. All prospective applicants must adhere to environmental and safety guidelines.
